1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Papyrielle website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including but not limited to notebooks, pens, file folders, and pen holders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
2. User Conduct and Orders
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Papyrielle or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Papyrielle name and logo, and all related product and service names, are proprietary trademarks of Papyrielle. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Papyrielle's name or trademarks without our express written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Papyrielle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to Papyrielle for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
5. Refund & Return Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made stationery, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
